Admin, candidate, and employer areas are separated. Candidates see their own data, employers see their own requests and approved/shared information, and admin manages controlled review workflows.
CTC Global Talent Network uses controlled workflows to protect candidate, employer, document, notification, and operational information.

Candidate documents are not intended for public browsing. Secure document access is handled through permission checks and controlled download routes.
Admin notes, CRM notes, internal ratings, internal shortlist notes, security events, and private system details are not intended for candidate or employer display.
CTC may archive, restrict, or retain records as needed for operational, quality, audit, legal, or security purposes. Records are not permanently deleted through normal public workflows.
The platform includes CSRF protection, login rate limiting, session controls, secure upload checks, protected configuration folders, and security logging. No online system can guarantee absolute protection.
