Candidate and employer responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. Candidates must provide truthful professional information. Employers remain responsible for final hiring and engagement decisions.

Documents and controlled access

Candidate CVs and related documents are handled through controlled upload, review, and secure download routes. Access is restricted by role and permission; direct public document browsing is not enabled.

No guarantee

Submitting a profile, job application, employer request, or shortlist request does not guarantee shortlisting, interview, employment, engagement, selection, proposal issuance, or placement.

Security limitation

CTC Global Talent Network uses role-based controls and security measures, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
