The platform helps connect candidates, employers, consultants, trainers, and organizations with jobs, talent requests, professional services, training, advisory, and controlled shortlisting workflows.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CTC Global Talent Network. By using the platform, users agree to use it responsibly and provide accurate information.

The platform helps connect candidates, employers, consultants, trainers, and organizations with jobs, talent requests, professional services, training, advisory, and controlled shortlisting workflows.
Users must not submit false, unlawful, abusive, misleading, confidential third-party, or unauthorized information. Employers must submit genuine requirements and remain responsible for hiring decisions.
CTC may review, moderate, approve, reject, archive, restrict, or remove submissions, profiles, job requests, applications, documents, and account access where needed for quality, safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
Employer-submitted jobs require CTC admin review and approval before public publication. Employers are not given direct Talent Bank browsing or direct candidate search through this platform.
Registration, application submission, job listing, shortlisting, document approval, or employer request submission does not guarantee employment, interview, engagement, selection, proposal, or placement.
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and notifying CTC of suspected misuse.
CTC may update these terms as platform workflows mature. Continued use after updates means continued acceptance of the updated terms.
